Asan LyoMix® DENV/ZIKV/CHIKV is an in vitro diagnostic medical device designed to aid in the diagnosis of infections caused by mosquito-borne viruses. It qualitatively detects, either simultaneously or individually, the presence of Dengue Virus (3’UTR gene), Zika Virus (E gene), and Chikungunya Virus (NS5 gene) in plasma (EDTA) and serum specimens from individuals suspected of mosquito-borne viral infections using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (Real-time RT-PCR).
