It qualitatively detects the Chlamydia trachomatis gene (pL2 gene), Neisseria gonorrhoeae gene (PGAP gene), and Trichomonas vaginalis gene (G3 gene) in vaginal swab and urine specimens from individuals suspected of having these infections using real-time polymerase chain reaction (Real-time PCR).
