Good morning, I am a medical officer working at a lab in Singapore. I encountered some results when testing patient serum on dengue duo kits from different manufacturers. I would like to find out - what is the antibody and antigen component of the control line for the NS1 part of the Asan dengue duo kit? E.g. for Abbott Bioline, it would be chicken-IgY-gold colloid: mouse anti-chicken IgY. Many thanks!
