Good afternoon, I am a doctor working at the National University Hospital in Singapore and our lab is doing a study on the dengue duo kits from different manufacturers. I looked through the IFU of the Asan kit but could not find the info I wanted. I was wondering if it is possible to release more detailed information about the kit components for NS1 Ag? Specifically, what animal the monoclonal antibody is raised in, and what antigen it is targeting? e.g. Control line: mouse monoclonal anti-chicken IgY, Chicken IgY-gold colloid, Test line: mouse monoclonal anti-dengue NS1 Ab pool, mouse monoclonal anti-dengue NS1 Ab pool-gold colloid.
