Dear Sir, We at NorthPrime, are distributing your test kits for almost 5 years now. We placed an order thru your local distributor here in the Philippines (LabX) but it’s been 6 weeks and all I got from them was the item was shipped, etc. Would your good office allow us to buy it directly from you? Since we are having a hard time getting it from your distributor, we have all the necessary documents to process it with our local FDA. We are paying a hefty amount of money everyday because of the penalty we get from having a delayed deliveries. Our other option would be to get another brand but as much as possible we would to continue our business together, that’s I’m asking your office to allow us to import it directly from you. Thank you.
